One would cry over f**kin‘ ludicrousy he has to put up with in this god damn world... As I stumbled upon a BBC’s article about the UK not being ready for the future, internet-wise, I couldn’t resist the temptation to try out what I can milk from our local server and most importantly – at what speed. Damn shocker the result was, indeed. It pissed me off way more than it surprised me and the pretty graphic brutality of the rather hideous numbers displayed on the screen left me somewhat glazing at the bloody figures in disbelief... Anyways... The average speed of DL in the UK stands at 4.75Mbps, whilst UL at 1.3Mbps. So...what’s it like in our household? See it for your self...
